OLGA CHAJMOVA HOLCOVA

Digitally Represented Artist

Olga Chajmova Holcova was taught to love art and nature by her mother when she was a child living in Russia, Bosnia, and Herzegovina. Living in a war-torn country led her to realize the importance of art; her work inspired by her day-to-day, her moods, the music she’s listening to, and her family. After having her children, Holcova quit her office job to focus more on her art, showing by example how important it is to follow your dreams and pursue what truly makes you happy.

Holcova tries not to limit herself to representing just one country, cultural history, or emotion. She works in acrylic, wax, epoxy resin, glitter spray, and other three-dimensional materials to create paintings that she hopes will invoke joy and well-being within her viewers. Her main color scheme focuses on red, black, and gold, representing passion, elegance, and tranquility.
