Solo Exhibition and Promotional Services

In addition to our regular representation services for group (collective) exhibitions, Agora Gallery offers artists the opportunity for exclusive promotional services including a solo exhibition.  These services include the following:

Promotion:

• Opening Reception - We will organize an opening reception for your solo exhibition

• Promotional Web Page – Agora Gallery will create a promotional page announcing your solo exhibition and will link to this page from the “Exhibitions” link located on the main menu of our website – www.agora-gallery.com

• Exhibition Catalog – A solo exhibition catalog with your bio/press release and images of your art work.

• Invitations By Email - Invitations to your solo exhibition will be emailed to our mailing list of over 40,000 email contacts.

• Invitation Cards – We will provide you with 500 color exhibition invitation post cards to be mailed by you, and to a select group Agora Gallery clients.

• Listing – Your solo exhibition will be announced in a New York City art magazine listing, such as: Gallery Guide, M Magazine, etc. The announcement will also appear on our internet site and on various other art-related sites as we determine to be appropriate.

• Display Ad – A display ad for your solo exhibition will be placed in an art publication of our choice.

Signage:

• Exhibition Poster - Poster announcing your solo exhibition will be created by Agora Gallery and placed in a display case located on the street level in front of 530 West 25th Street.

• Hallway Sign - Your name will be displayed on a sign outside of the gallery door.

• Elevator Sign – An announcement card for your solo exhibition will be created by Agora Gallery and placed in a display case located inside the elevator at 530 West 25th Street.

Agora Gallery is located at 530 West 25th Street. 25th Street is the center of the Chelsea art district in New York City.

The gallery is approximately 1000 square feet (93sq meters) and has a wall space of 130 linear feet (~40 linear meters). View a plan of the gallery.

There is both elevator and stair access, and the site includes 2 staircases and a separate fire escape. Loading is performed using the front elevator. Special arrangements can be made for small numbers of disabled visitors.

There is natural lighting and ample traditional gallery track lighting.
