Press Release
A riveting point of view on life is seen in Randall Harris’ photography. With his saturated color, he illuminates the common and everyday activities of people and their environments. He takes a piece of life and frames it with his camera to expose the beauty we tend to overlook. His artwork allows his viewers to take a second glance at our surroundings and reminds us not to take it for granted. Randall Harris’ photography is printed in limited editions of 18. Amongst the angles and cropping of his work, Harris has also used color as a visual stimulator. This intensification of color and natural lighting is another stylistic quality that makes his work beautifully intriguing. He uses bright colors to draw the eye towards the focal point and allows the surroundings to keep its muted shade. With his brilliant yet simple composition, Harris amplifies the common and unveils it as exceptional. Our world is magnificent with texture and color and we are reminded of that through his vision.
