Press Release
Robert Huber’s love of impressionistic masterpieces by such notables as Vincent Van Gogh has given him the inspiration for his own work. Developing his own unique trademark style of starry sky night scenes, Robert has been able to portray distinct moods using vivid color and careful tonal values. Using a spectrum of colors that ranges from ultramarine to lighter royal blues, Robert places late night stars above unnamed canals and streets of Europe. Imaginative, yet somewhat familiar, he has captured the essence of the night. His work includes pieces in several styles, which include impressionistic, post impressionistic, pop art, and abstract. Although much of his work is reminiscent of long past masters, Robert’s very distinctive depth of bright color adds dimension to his own unique style.
