Occhi Pinti

Sharply unique in perspective and electrifying in color, painter Occhi Pinti’s works whimsically celebrate the natural wonders of the world. Sumptuous in astonishing, playfully harmonious color, Pinti relishes in the luscious material nature of paint. Meticulously precise brushwork defines her compositions in spirited, svelte strokes. Enchantment with a natural world of evocative, capricious forms emanates from these works, and charms us into the appreciation of a more vibrant reality. Formally trained in art and drawing, Pinti’s technical skill is illuminatingly intriguing. “My desire is to transmit the observer’s serenity, sweetness, a sense of infinity caressing the soul of the beholder,” says Pinti. “A sort of protection and call for a calm breath away from the chaotic reality, devoid of nuance, which is daily life.”

Raised in Padua, Occhi Pinti studied at the University of Architecture in Venice and has exhibited widely throughout her native Italy. In 2005 she was selected to participate in the esteemed Biennale Internazionale dell'Arte Contemporanea.
