Ligia Dorina Dumitrache

The vivid canvases of Ligia Dorina Dumitrache stand out as a testament both to joy and the happiness of family life, and to the cruelty of untimely death.  At times abstract, at times symbolist, Dumitrache works with a bold pallet and brings canvas to life with her handling of oils.  She is a versatile artist, her style changing subtly to reflect transformations of mood and subject.
