Ann Ginsburgh Hofkin

Ann Ginsburgh Hofkin captures breathtaking images which are imbued with dynamic energy and tension.  Working with black and white infrared film, she is able to capture on film frequencies of light not visible to the naked human eye. This gives the images a depth and intensity that makes them truly striking, and allows all the nuances of the land and skyscapes to be expressed.  Dramatic cloud formations sweep and swirl across the images, capturing the moment frozen in time.

Ann Ginsburgh Hofkin lives and works in Long Lake, MN.
