"The subjects which attract me in my work," he explains, "are feminine figure and the colors of exotic countries [such as] India, Egypt, and the Mediterranean. Educated in art academies in Russia and England Alex Hook’s paintings have been exhibited frequently in Spain, England, and the United States. He lives and works in Mallorca, Spain.
